Excellent Opportunity for funded NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development with Chiltern Training

Train 2 Gain provides funding to help employees gain their first full Level 2 or Level 3 qualification. 

At Chiltern we have funding for 26 places for learners to undertake the NVQ at Level 2 or Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. To be eligible, staff must be aged over 19 and must not already have a Level 2 or equivalent qualification.

The NVQ Level 2 covers units such as health and safety, practice for working with children under 3 and child development.  By the end of the course staff will be fully qualified to be nursery practitioners.   The NVQ Level 3 is for more experienced child care workers and covers safe guarding children, communication and child development.
